Book Review: A Spirit Displaced

Book Review: A Spirit Displaced

A Spirit Displaced
A Lansin Island Story

Andrew Butcher

I reviewed A Death Displaced in July, 2014, A Body Displaced back in April, 2015 and A Note Below in May 2015.

I received an ARC (Advanced Reader’s Copy) of the most recent installment, A Spirit Displaced.

I love Mr. Butcher’s work! He has the paranormal, which I absolutely love, he has a small bit of romance but not enough to detract from the actual story line and he has mystery. The combination makes for a book which is really hard to put down.

I wish I had started A Spirit Displaced on a Saturday instead of a Thursday since then I wouldn’t have had to put it down to do silly little things like work sigh so I would have been able to finish it in one go. I didn’t even go on the computer! I opened my book as soon as I got home and up the next morning!

A Spirit Displaced is the continuation of A Death Displaced and A Body Displaced. These books tell the stories of two twenty-something young people. One comes into his gift which causes a displacement (Imagine Dr. Greta Penderschlass from Addams Family when you read that) in the other young person.

I received a copy of A Spirit Displaced in exchange for an honest review.

Give me some sugar!
